The Role
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for new customer acquisition across channels including paid search, paid social, Google App campaigns, comparison sites, affiliates, direct mail, and SEO. You’ll be a key contributor to the growth goals of the company, owning the budget and management of these channels and working with the wider team to support new products, features and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute the marketing strategy across our Acquisition channels to drive new customers at an efficient CAC
- Build a high-performing Acquisition marketing function, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Budget and media mix management across paid search, paid social, Google app campaigns, affiliates, comparison sites and more.
- Champion a data driven and experimental growth culture using data to find optimisation opportunities and improve the efficiency of our campaigns
- Continuously look for new growth opportunities and prioritise based on potential impact.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to brief and deliver high performing ad creative.
- Responsible for hands on channel management of some ad platforms and agency management for others.
Qualifications and experience:
- Extensive hands-on experience in channel management
- Excellent analytical skills, using data to report on success and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Experience managing budgets across multiple channels while responding to the market and external factors.
- A great communicator, comfortable with presenting strategy and data to all levels of the business, including the senior management team
- A goal-oriented mindset, comfortable with working towards targets for acquisition and spend
- You understand data and you are systematic with testing, learning and running experiments with statistical rigour
- Appsflyer or other mobile app analytics platform experience is a plus

- You know best practice and trends in digital marketing, particularly paid search, paid social, video, mobile, app measurement and understand how to build and convert a digital audience
- You champion data and analytics and are interested in turning data into actionable insights
- You’re commercially focused and understand how to deliver impact to business goals
- You’re detail-oriented and can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- You’re a proactive team player, willing to step outside of your job description if necessary
